Title: Asian Marinade

1/2cFresh orange juice
1/3cFresh lemon juice
1/3cFresh lime juice
3tbRice wine vinegar
1/2cLow sodium soy sauce
3 Whole scallions -- thinly
  Sliced
  White, lt. green onl
1smJalapeno -- sliced thin,
  Crosswi
1/2tsRed pepper flakes
8 Thin strips
  Orange zest

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
